Pre-Recorded Customer Video Submission for Review/Assessment

Submitting a pre-recorded video submission can be a convenient option that could provide the opportunity for you to explain your safety concerns or organizing goals in-depth; particularly if organizing or modifying the space is complex.

Tip: Share as much detail as possible in the Pre-Assessment Questionnaire to save time for your recording.

The process for this service involves you recording a video (up to 10 minutes) and submitting it (instructions will be provided). After the space is assessed, you would receive an in-depth assessment with suggestions, product recommendations, and even a 3-D rendering of the space with helpful alternations and/or modifications.

This service’s cost is $75 per video submission, per space and should take 1-3 days for assessment and processing.
