• Eligible Items: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Custom products or final sale items are not eligible for return.

• Time Frame: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. This time frame may vary depending on the supplier for the product.

3. Return Process

• Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact the supplier directly to obtain a return authorization. Be prepared to fill out a return form and provide your order number and reason for the return.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Cost Responsibility: Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Some suppliers may provide prepaid return labels in specific situations.

5. Refund Process

• Refund Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Processing Time: Refunds usually take 5-7 business days to process after the returned item is received by the supplier.

6. Exchanges

• Exchanges: Currently, direct exchanges are not offered by Safe Home By Design. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
