Pre-Service Tips for your Desire Service

Are you interested in one of the submission services or plans? Here are some tips that can help make your service experience be more successful and effective.

Consider utilizing a higher definition camera for photo and video submissions. Also, try taking photos and videos from wider angles of spaces and from the opposite sides of the space. This would helpful for the review process (ex. the 3D rendering of the altered space).

Ensure there is sufficient lighting for the space that is being video recorded or captured via camera (or camera phone). Letting in natural light through a window could be a good option. If possible, include as much room objects, such as furniture, as possible.

To submit the videos and photo, you should receive an email after purchase with a link to the Pre-Assessment Questionnaire which would have the Photo/Video Submission Guidelines at the end. After agreeing, you should receive an online form where the photos and videos can be submitted.

If you have access to your room dimensions and can share them, consider adding them in the blank for the brief description of the home or living space question in the Pre-Assessment Questionnaire. You could also consider adding a rough budget or price range in the blank for the specific goals question of the Pre-Assessment Questionnaire for a list of suggested products that could be provided to you after the review.
